WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

We are open Monday - Saturday 8am - 8pm EST and Sunday 12pm - 6pm EST. We are closed in observation of ALL major holidays.

 

I CONTACTED YOU AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please allow up to 24 hours for us to reply within our business hours. Excluding Holiday's. Also be sure to check your junk/spam folder for our communications.

 

HOW DO I TAKE MY MEASUREMENTS?

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY MERCHANDISE AFTER I RECEIVE IT?

Currently All merchandise that is made to order cannot be exchanged or returned.

All In-Stock merchandise can be returned. At this time, we are unable to accommodate exchanges.

HOW DO I RETURN A RETURNABLE ITEM?

First ensure return conditions are meant. Fill out the return card in your envelope and ship to address on form.

We recommend getting a tracking number and/or insurance for your return in case the package it lost during transit . We are not liable for packages lost in transit. Ship at your own risk.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?

ONLI IN-STOCK MERCHANDISE CAN BE RETURNED. Return Shipping is at Customers expense. Returnable items MUST be in same unworn condition. Returns must be received within 10 days to be credited a refund. Any merchandise with strong odors/ perfume, makeup, spray tan, dirt, stains, oils, rips/tears, tampered/broken security tape or unreasonably amount of broken threads will NOT BE ACCEPTED. ALL MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN THESE CONDITIONS WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AND NOT CREDITED. Garment Dust bag must be returned with item in original condition. If bag is not received back or received in a condition outside of the original; customer will incur a $15 fee, which will be subtracted from return credit amount. Returns process same day as received. Refund amount will NOT include original shipping amount.

DO YOU HAVE A STORE I CAN COME TO?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not have a store open to the public. Fulfilled orders are available to be picked up from our showroom in Atlanta, GA. Please email us at ORDERS@JURRIA.COM

You will be able to schedule a pick up time.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM OUTFITS, PROM DRESSES, OR BRIDAL DRESSES?

Currently we are not accepting custom orders.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, order cancellations* processed within 1 hour of purchase time via EMAIL ONLY (ORDERS@JURRIA.COM) will be refunded for the FULL PURCHASE AMOUNT. All cancellations made after this time will NOT be approved and will be completed and shipped out as scheduled.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR ALTER MY ORDER?

Yes, you can change/alter your order within 1 hour of the purchase time via EMAIL ONLY (ORDERS@JURRIA.COM).** If there is a price difference, an invoice will be emailed to you and due that same day. If Invoice is not paid within allotted time, this change will be voided.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY REFUND ONCE I CANCEL?

Once your refund is processed, the original form of payment will be immediately credited for the refunded amount. Depending on your banking institute, It may take up to 5 business days for them to credit your account. This does not include Holidays. Please allow the entire time for your account to be credited. 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?

All Made-To-Order merchandise requires a minimum of 3-6 days*** to fulfill after purchase date. Once fulfilled, your order ships that day.

All In-Stock merchandise requires a minimum of 1 day*** to fulfill after purchase date. Once fulfilled, your order ships that day.

 

AFTER MY ORDER IS FULFILLED AND SHIPPED, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?

Domestic orders shipped with Priority Mail service will be scheduled to be delivered within 2-6 days (excluding Sunday's and Holiday's). Signature Required. Domestic orders shipped using Next Day Express Mail service will be scheduled to be delivered the next day* (NON OF THESE SERVICES ARE GUARANTEED AND MAY TAKE LONGER)  All delivery time excludes Sunday's and Holiday's). Signature Required. International orders shipped with Priority Mail will be delivered within 6-10 business days. International orders shipped with Express Mail will be delivered within 3-5 business days. ALL ORDER SHIPPING INFORMATION IS BASED ON THE CARRIERS SCHEDULED DELIVERY DAYS. THEY ARE NOT GUARANTEED. PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH TIME TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE.

 

WHAT IF I AM IN THE ATLANTA AREA, CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes, Local Pick-up is available. This option is under shipping services during checkout. Please select this option for self pick up from our Atlanta showroom. Orders can ONLY be picked up by Credit Card owner. Bring valid Id for verification. We do not offer personal delivery. 

HOW MUCH IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

$50 for International orders shipped with Priority Mail (2-4 business days). $95 International orders shipped with Express Mail (1-2 business days)

 

HOW MUCH IS NEXT DAY EXPRESS MAIL?

Next Day Shipping is available. Rates vary Select this service during checkout to receive an accurate price.. THIS SERVICE IS NOT GUARANTEED AND MAY TAKE2 DAYS DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCAL POSTAL OFFICE. Domestic orders ONLY.

 

IS NEXT DAY DELIVERY AVAILABLE FOR MY CITY?

Next day delivery service is not available for ALL cities/states. Contact us to find out if this service is available in your area. US ONLY.

 

DOES ADDING NEXT DAY DELIVERY SPEED UP THE FULFILLMENT TIME?

No, adding Next day delivery does not change the time it takes to fulfill your order. All merchandise requires a minimum of 14-16 days*** to fulfill after the purchase date.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING INFORMATION?

Tracking information will be emailed once your order is fulfilled and shipped. Sometimes our emails will go to your Junk / Spam folder.  Be sure to add auto-reply@usps.com and USPS_Shipping_Services@usps.com to your address book to ensure you receive our email.

 

MY TRACKING NUMBER IS SHOWING UP "NOT FOUND", WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please allow at least 48 hours for your tracking information to update in the carriers system. This does not include Sunday's or Holidays. In some cases the carrier may not scan in tracking information for up to 5 days.

 

I DO NOT WANT TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE, ARE THERE ANY OTHER OPTIONS?

Unfortunately, we require signatures for insurance purposes that can not be waived. We value your purchase and want to ensure you receive your package on time and undamaged.

 

I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE ONCE SHIPPED. USPS IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE AND ALL INQUIRES SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO USPS.

 

WHY WAS MY ORDER SHIPPING DELAYED OR DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS?

We ship out orders to the address you enter, which is also found on your Order Receipt conformation. Be sure to check for accuracy. Delivery addresses require a first and last name, street number, street name, street direction(if applicable), unit/apt. number(if applicable), city, state, and zip code. US ONLY. Enter your shipping address as it appears on your mail, with any spaces, punctuation, or abbreviation. We cannot ship to an address not found by USPS and are not responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address, due to customer error.

International orders please be sure to check delivery address for accuracy.
